BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA – August 28, 2024: Francisco Paoltroni, senator from Formosa, has been unanimously expelled from the La Libertad Avanza bloc in the Senate following a dispute with Santiago Caputo. The decision, made under specific orders from the Casa Rosada and led by Jujuy senator Ezequiel Atauche, was finalized without the prior knowledge of Vice President Victoria Villarruel, who presides over the Senate.
